I browsed through the One Page Love site looking for a website that I would most want my own to resemble when I put it together.  The site I found to be the most interesting to scroll through was Michelle Thorpe’s, named Trip the Mind and Shine. Navigation through the site is very easy, as there are next and back buttons, which when pushed causes the page to appear as though someone is walking along a wall looking at pasted up posters. Each poster goes into great detail about what she does and the kind of photographs she takes. The format allows her to rely heavily on imagery without the site appearing cluttered. Widgets placed within each poster allow the viewer to explore even more of her photographs in slideshows and scrolling windows. All her links navigate to the corresponding website, such as her twitter, flickr, and facebook. I find this website to be both interesting and well made, as I had no problem using it and I found myself wanting to explore her work more.
