The site for Coalmarch Productions looks like they’re going for an old-timey coal miner look. They accomplish this through giving their main body a texture like parchment or an old coal document. The shading for the body is like a golden creamy color with darker speckles and spots mixed in, they even put what looks like a big water stain on it. The shadows on the sides add to the overall look of the site, instead of a flat lighting it looks more like it could be lit by candlelight. The lines that break up the body from the asides serve their purpose without taking away from the aesthetics of the site by using a different shading from one side to the other. This site does a very good job of portraying something older through textures with a modern medium.
