This webpage would draw peoples attention for many reasons.  One because of the light opaque background with the bold red text.  After exploring the site more, one begins to realize that the shapes and lines in the background is what really draws me into this sites layout.  On the background there is a delicate design that gives this webpage volume. This design is at a light opacity so it is  just a subtle design. If the design was at its full opacity, then it would be overbearing and take away from everything else on the webpage.

Towards the top of the page, the color begins to become a little bit darker and rougher. The edges of the page have a jagged shape that gives the webpage texture. The middle of the page where the text is located, is hi lighted with a brighter color to draw the audience into the text. The outside of the page has a darker color which gives the page a glowing sort of look. Although one might say this webpage is simple with not much design, not having much design is what really makes this webpage work.
